What to know about your online Christmas event
Does everyone need to play at the same time?
For the shared experience, all teams start during your event. You choose the date and start time.
Can German and English teams participate together?
Yes. “Helping Elves” and “Time for Gifts!” are available in German and English. “The Abandoned Christmas Village” is available in German. One language is used within each team.
Is the event live-facilitated?
No. Escape@Home is self-service. You host the welcome and awards while we provide the game access and results.
How much time should we allow?
The game takes around 60 to 70 minutes. Add time for your own welcome, breaks or awards.
Is an app required?
No. Participants open their personal access links in a browser and communicate using your usual conference service.
